Our Story

Years ago, my wife Pam and I were just starting our family. God had blessed us with our first daughter, Hope, and Pam and I made the decision that it would be best for Pam to leave her full time teaching position so she could stay home and raise her. That left me as the sole provider for our little family. At the time, I ran a mowing business, which did well during the summer—but as you can imagine, once the grass stopped growing, so did the income.

During those tough winter months, I got creative to provide for our family, from hauling limbs after ice storms to cutting down massive pine trees in a cemetery. It was during that season that I wrote a song called “Wonderful God.” When I went to record it, the studio had double-booked me with another worship leader named Dennis. As it turned out, Dennis was a district manager for a company that sold Medicare supplements. He encouraged me to get my life and health license—and after much prayer and study, I did.

Not long after, our second daughter, Grace, was born, and I faced an important decision: continue mowing lawns or step out in faith and pursue this new career in Medicare. After many conversations and prayers, Pam and I decided to sell the mowing business. I became a full-time Medicare agent.

Now, more than 20 years later, serving my clients and helping them navigate the world of Medicare has been one of the greatest blessings of my life.

    FOUNDER

    Todd is the Founder and Owner of Retirement Solutions. With over 20 years of experience, Todd has dedicated his career to helping clients confidently navigate Medicare and make informed retirement decisions. He is passionate about educating and serving individuals and families with clarity, integrity, and care. Todd has been married to his wife, Pam, since 1998, and together they have three children—Hope, Grace, and Ryan—and two sons-in-law, JR and Zach.

    Pam Reasoner

    Administrative Assistant

    Pam is the Administrative Assistant at Retirement Solutions. She has been married to the founder, Todd, since 1998. Pam spent six years as an elementary school teacher before stepping away to raise their family after the birth of their first child in 2000. As her children grew older, Pam returned to the workforce and now handles all administrative operations for Retirement Solutions. She is the organizational backbone of the office, keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring clients and advisors are well supported.

    Grace Manwell

    Marketing Director

    Grace serves as the Marketing Director at Retirement Solutions. She manages incoming phone calls, oversees email marketing campaigns, and creates content for the company’s social media platforms. Grace also schedules appointments for Todd’s clients and enjoys interacting with clients when they visit the office. With two years of experience as a marketing manager for a startup company, Grace brings creativity, organization, and dedication to strengthening Retirement Solutions’ outreach and client relationships.
